Hello, I’m Stephan.
My journey into fitness didn’t begin in a gym—it began with a decision to change my life.
By the age of 16, I was addicted to heavy drugs and living on the streets. Eventually, I found the courage to ask for help, and that decision changed everything. Today, I am over 20 years sober, a business owner, and living a life I never thought was possible.
What started as a personal pursuit of health and strength quickly became a passion for helping others do the same.
After earning my certification in calisthenics and teaching multiple classes each day, I completed a six-month yoga teacher training program. The combination of bodyweight strength and yoga transformed the way I understand movement, flexibility, and long-term health.
Today, I help clients of all ages and fitness levels build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in what their bodies can do. My goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and continue doing the activities you love for years to come.

Through calisthenics, I learned that strength isn’t about comparing yourself to anyone else. In bodyweight training, success is personal. The weight you’re moving is your own body, and every improvement is a reflection of your own effort and progress. It’s truly YOU VERSUS YOU.
Yoga taught me a different lesson. It showed me the importance of patience, awareness, flexibility, and recovery. Together, yoga and calisthenics created a training system that develops not only strength, but also balance, mobility, coordination, and control.
That philosophy is the foundation of everything I teach today.
