Do these three steps to set yourself up for a smooth first week:

  • Enter the course portal and watch the first “Start Here”/Week 1 video.
  • Choose your level (foundational / intermediate / advanced) and commit to it for 7 days.
  • Pick your weekly schedule so you’re consistent—even if sessions are short.

How to get the best results

  • Don’t chase pain—aim for controlled, steady ranges with calm breathing.
  • Quality beats intensity: smoother reps > deeper reps.
  • Track one “win” weekly (deeper squat, better overhead reach, less stiffness, etc.).

What you can expect

Over the next month, you’ll build flexibility and mobility you can actually use—better positions, stronger end ranges, and more freedom in the movements you care about.
