What if I’m a complete beginner?
Perfect. Every workout is tailored to your current fitness level. We’ll start where you are, focus on building a strong foundation, and progress at a pace that feels challenging but manageable.
What equipment do I need?
That depends on what you have available. Whether you’re training with no equipment, a few resistance bands, a home gym, or a full commercial gym, your workouts will be customized to match your setup. We’ll build a program around the equipment you already have.
How is this different from following workouts on YouTube or fitness apps?
Instead of following a generic program, you’ll receive workouts designed specifically for your goals, skill level, mobility, and available equipment. Each week, I’ll review your progress and adjust your training plan based on your feedback so you’re always moving forward.
What kind of support will I receive?
You’ll have direct access to your coach throughout the week for questions, exercise guidance, and workout feedback. We also schedule weekly check-in calls to review your progress, celebrate wins, address challenges, and make any necessary adjustments to your program.
Will I receive the same workouts as everyone else?
No. Every workout is customized based on your goals, fitness level, movement ability, available equipment, and feedback from previous sessions.
How quickly will I see results?
