FAQ
What equipment do I need?
Just a few basic items:
A yoga mat
Two yoga blocks
A six-foot pole (a broom or mop handle works great)
A phone or camera for your assessments
That’s it! No special gear, no gym, and no experience required.
What if I choose the wrong course level?
If you’re unsure which level is right for you, we recommend doing a self assessment to help better determine your current skills. Many people choose to start with Foundational and work up from there. You can retake the course as needed until you are ready to level up.
Is this course beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our Foundational course is specifically designed for people who are brand new to mobility and flexibility training—or who are returning after a long break. Every movement has clear instruction and regressions so you can move safely and comfortably at your own pace.
What’s the difference between the Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced courses?
Foundational is ideal for beginners and anyone working to regain basic flexibility and mobility.
Intermediate builds on that with deeper stretches and greater stability challenges.
Advanced is for those ready for dynamic, strength-based movement and more complex progressions.
Each level is a full 30-day course with video guidance and a focus on safe, steady progress.

Freedom of Movement is more than just a stretching routine—it’s a guided, structured path toward real change. With added accountability, each session is designed to build on the last, with simple daily routines that fit into real life. You won’t need motivation to push harder—you’ll feel the difference in how you move, sleep, and recover, often within the first two weeks.
-
Yes! You don’t need to be flexible to start—this program is made for people just like you. Every movement includes regressions (simplified variations) so you can begin where you are and improve gradually. Many of our participants started with stiffness, pain, or long periods of inactivity, and saw measurable progress by Day 30.
-
Most participants report feeling more mobile, having less stiffness or daily discomfort, and noticing improvements in balance and posture. Many also gain confidence doing everyday movements they hadn’t done in years—like squatting, getting off the floor easily, or touching their toes. The assessments built into the course help you track your progress visually and functionally.
-
Absolutely. Many participants come to this course because they’re noticing more stiffness in the mornings, tight hips, or discomfort from sitting or standing too long. These sessions are specifically designed to reduce joint tension and help you move with more ease — so you can feel younger and more capable in your daily life.
-
The course includes plenty of modifications, and many movements are done slowly and mindfully. In the trainer-guided version, you’ll be able to ask questions and get advice on what’s best for your situation. If you’re doing the self-paced version, we also provide tips and guidance for working around common limitations.
Freedom of Movement will help you move better, reduce stiffness, and build lasting strength—from the ground up.
Let’s get started. Your future flexibility is waiting.
