How it works

This course is designed to guide you step by step toward building the strength and control you need for your final goal. Each level includes a series of movements that progress in difficulty, helping you develop the right foundation before moving on.

With the complete course you’ll have access to all levels right away. However, you should remain in your current level until you’ve successfully completed every movement in it. Resist the temptation to skip ahead—the levels build on each other, and the best results come from mastering each foundation before progressing.

Train 3x Per Week

Consistency is key. Aim for three focused sessions per week. Each movement video is short (less than 2 minutes), and you’ll typically complete five movements per level.

Tips on how to get the most out of your training:

Work Through Every Movement

Each exercise has a specific rep or time requirement that must be completed with good form before you can “graduate” from it. Even if you’re stuck on one, continue practicing all the movements in the level—it will make you stronger and support your overall progress.

Build Strength With Circuits

If you can’t yet complete a movement, focus on earlier ones you can do. Run them together as a circuit and increase your sets to build the strength needed to move forward.

Try the movement you’re stuck on once a week or so to check your progress. Over time, the earlier exercises will help you unlock that movement.

Move At Your Own Pace

Everyone progresses differently. Don’t rush. These courses are designed to give you freedom—take the time to build proper form, control, and confidence. Even advanced students benefit from revisiting foundational levels to perfect their technique.

Graduating a Level

You’ve completed a level once you can perform all the movements, with the correct rep or time counts, using good form. At that point, you’re ready for the next challenge.
