Before we get started, there’s a few items you’ll need to complete the assessment and the course:
The initial assessment is a crucial first step in your flexibility and mobility journey. This assessment helps you establish a baseline, giving you a clear picture of your starting point so you can measure your progress throughout the course. By documenting your forward fold, squat, and backbend, you’ll gain a better understanding of your current range of motion and any limitations. These photos will serve as a powerful motivation tool, allowing you to see just how much you’ve improved over time. Stay consistent, trust the process, and get ready to transform your movement!
Things you’ll need:
Before you begin, gather the following items:
Two Yoga Blocks
Yoga Mat
Six Foot Pole (a broom/mop handle will do just fine)
Phone or Camera (to take photos of yourself)
You will also need these things for the course!
