Readers pose push-ups help to build pressing strength, develop shoulder mobility, and teach fluid coordination between the hips, spine, and shoulders.
Remember: You’ve “passed” a movement once you can complete the rep or time goal with good form. Return to any movement whenever you need.

Inhale as you shift forward, exhale as you press back.
Keep your movement slow and continuous, not jerky.
Engage your core as you shift to protect your lower back.
